Olivia Cancetti Named Rotary Club of Solon's Student of the Month for October 2012

The Rotary Club of Solon has announced Olivia Cancelli as its student of the month for October 2012. 

Olivia, a Solon High School senior, is an honors student who excels in academics.  She is also the president of the Council for Exceptional Children (“CEC”), one of the largest student clubs at Solon High School.  The CEC helps students develop an understanding and sensitivity for students with disabilities and works to integrate students with disabilities into a variety of social settings.  Oliva has displayed patience and understanding  in working as a mentor for students with autism, Downs’ Syndrome, and other disabilities and has been recognized for her ability to work with others in a non-judgmental and caring manner.
