A breast cancer survivor and author of Commander of My Care, Shermelle is a passionate advocate for patient empowerment. She will share both her personal story and insights into the vital work being done by The Gathering Place, an organization dedicated to supporting individuals and families impacted by cancer. The Gathering Place offers free programs and services designed to educate, empower, and connect people with the resources they need during their cancer journey. Hanisha is a minority business owned, certified sound therapist that offers holistic services such as mindful meditation, aura cleansing, sound healing therapy with singing bowls.
